Process Hazard Analysis & Evaluation
PSM requires employers to perform a process hazard analysis of every process involving usage & production of hazardous chemicals. Hazard analysis must be performed as per documented priority list which can be based upon several factors such as number of potentially affected employees, age of the process, history of the process, etc.
